Strict quarantine was introduced in Kiev – it is forbidden to hold sports competitions with spectators
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced that strict quarantine will be introduced in the capital of Ukraine from March 20, which will last until April 9.
At this time, the presence of spectators at sports competitions will be prohibited. Thus, the match between Shakhtar and Roma will be held without spectators.
The holding of the March matches of the Ukrainian national team in Kiev in the selection for the 2022 World Cup is questionable pin up – against Finland on 28 March and against Kazakhstan on 31 March. Previously, they were transferred from Lviv due to the situation with coronavirus.
Also in Kiev:
– the work of cultural institutions will be prohibited;
– cinemas, theaters, museums, concert halls will be closed;
– the work of shopping and entertainment centers is prohibited, except for grocery stores, pharmacies, pet stores, shops selling hygiene products and household chemicals;
– it is prohibited to hold religious services if the area of the premises is not less than 10 square meters per person;
– mass events (entertainment, sports, cultural, advertising and others) are prohibited.
They will work:
– fitness and gyms, but no group activities
– catering establishments, but exclusively for take-out
– gas stations, but subject to strict regulations and no cafes
– hairdressers, beauty salons, but by appointment
– kindergartens, and schools only remotely and after the holidays
– enterprises and organizations of the public sector and private business (except for critical infrastructure enterprises) working remotely
– public transport – as usual, but with strict rules for the transport of passengers, mask mode and with 50% occupancy of seats.
